Prestige Adult Foster Care is a Massachusetts state‑licensed, CARF‑accredited, MassHealth‑funded program rooted in community support. We partner with families and local caregivers to create safe, stable homes where individuals who need daily assistance can feel valued, included, and connected.
Through trained in‑home caregivers—both family and non‑family—we provide 24‑hour personalized care for people with medical, physical, or cognitive challenges. Our focus is on helping each person maintain dignity, build meaningful relationships, and engage in daily activities with confidence and comfort.
